Guest speakers Mary Ting, CA, Benjamin Clifford and Kate Pulford brought the audience through the ups and downs of their careers to date with honesty, relatability and humour!

Their advice was to:

• Be authentic – by being yourself as a leader, you'll gain the respect of your team
• Embrace, own and learn from your failures as that's where the biggest growth happen
• Work hard and always strive to become a master of your craft, but set boundaries. Sometimes, the “less seriously” you take work, the better you become at it.
