A dynamic and nationally recognised media brand is seeking a commercially minded and hands-on FP&A Manager to lead its financial planning and performance function. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, consumer-driven business, ideal for someone who thrives on strategic influence, executive interaction, and continuous improvement.

You will lead a small high-performing team, take full ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver meaningful insights that shape strategic decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will:

• Lead group-wide planning, forecasting and reporting cycles, delivering clear performance insights

• Craft executive-level narratives explaining key drivers, risks and opportunities

• Partner with ELT and finance leadership on profitability, cost optimisation and strategic decisions

• Consolidate insights across business units to provide a holistic group view

• Deliver ad hoc analysis for senior stakeholders locally and globally

• Drive system enhancements, automation and best-practice FP&A processes

About You

• CA/CPA qualified, with 6 - 8+ years’ experience in commercial finance and audit

• Proven leadership experience and stakeholder engagement skills

• Advanced Excel and enterprise reporting systems (e.g. TM1, OneStream)

• Strong commercial mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills
