An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-performing finance professional to join a dynamic Financial Services organisation in a hands-on FP&A role.
This role is ideal for someone looking to step up from a management reporting or financial control background into a commercially focused FP&A position, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and business decision-making.
Key Resonsibilities

Lead month-end FP&A reporting and deliver high-quality management insights

Prepare and maintain reporting through TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics)

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

Deliver financial modelling, analysis, and business case support

Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive performance insights

Contribute to investor and board-level reporting requirements
About You

Extensive hands-on TM1 experience is essential (non-negotiable)

Strong background in management reporting, FP&A, or financial control

Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis

Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capability
