Senior Financial Accountant - Private Equity

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role sits at the centre of the finance function, supporting financial accounting, tax, compliance and fund administration across multiple funds and management entities. You will operate within a high-performing, close-knit finance team and play a key role in meeting statutory obligations, investor reporting and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting, including unit pricing

• Preparation of statutory financial statements and tax reconciliations

• Investor capital accounts, capital calls, distributions and reporting

• Treasury, cash flow forecasting and fund finance support

• Regulatory and compliance reporting, including AFSL obligations

About You

• CA or CPA qualified

• 5–7 years’ experience in audit/ financial accounting

• High attention to detail with strong communication and stakeholder skills
