About the Company:

An ASX 200-listed property group with a strong national footprint is seeking a Development Accountant to join its Development Finance team. With a growing pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with Development Managers and influence key financial decisions.

You'll be responsible for feasibility analysis, leading portfolio budgeting, forecasting and strategic feasibility reviews for large-scale property developments across Australia.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead feasibility analysis on projects, working closely with the development stakeholders.

• Analyse and prepare reports on feasibility, variances and cashflow across project portfolio

• Track project performance vs budget and forecast

• Support sales and settlement forecasting and assist with audit preparation

• Contribute to investor reporting, audit prep, and financial disclosures

• Identify and drive process improvements across development finance

• Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required

• Supervise development accountant of the portfolio

About you:

• CPA/ CA qualified with feasibility experience is essential.

• Strong communication skills – confident in partnering with operational stakeholders

• JDE or large ERP system exposure is ideal but not necessary
