About the Company:

An ASX 200-listed property group with a strong national footprint is seeking a Development Accountant to join its Development Finance team. With a growing pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with Development Managers and influence key financial decisions.

You'll be responsible for feasibility analysis, project performance tracking, assisting with budgeting, forecasting and supporting strategic feasibility reviews for large-scale property developments across Australia.

Role responsibilities:

•      Analyse and track project performance vs budget and forecast

•      Deliver month-end reporting including accruals, and reconciliations

•      Support financial feasibility reviews and provide commercial insights

•      Liaise with development and sales teams to support business cases and planning

•      Contribute to investor reporting, audit prep, and financial disclosures

•      Identify and drive process improvements across development finance

•      Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required

About you:

•      CPA/ CA qualified with feasibility experience is essential.

•      Strong communication skills – confident in partnering with operational stakeholders

•      JDE or large ERP system exposure is ideal but not necessary
