About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this hands-on role combines financial control, management accounting and business partnering. You’ll ensure accounting integrity, drive process improvement, and deliver insights supporting the company’s transformation and growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

• Deliver accurate statutory, audit and compliance reporting.

• Provide management reporting, variance analysis and insights.

• Oversee manufacturing and cost accounting including COGS, BOM, yield and inventory.

• Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Support cashflow forecasting and working capital improvement.

• Enhance ERP and reporting processes for scale and efficiency.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with over 6 years of experience

• 3+ years of audit experience is ideal

• Excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and comfortable working across systems

• A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to get involved in change initiatives
