Senior Finance Business Partner - Property Development

Join the property division of a major ASX-listed organisation, supporting the financial management of one of Australia’s largest commercial portfolios. This role oversees end-to-end reporting, asset performance analysis and business partnering for a national property footprint spanning commercial, industrial and operational sites. A strong platform for a commercially minded finance leader seeking scale, complexity and visibility at the Group level.

Role responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed feasibility models for new and ongoing development projects

• Provide commercial analysis and decision support across acquisition, design and construction phases

• Challenge assumptions and ensure projects align with strategic and financial requirements

• Prepare monthly reporting, including investment papers and development insights

• Support capital planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow modelling

• Conduct scenario, sensitivity, risk and opportunity analysis to optimise development outcomes

• Drive process improvement and automation across modelling, reporting and forecasting

About you:

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years in commercial finance, development finance or project-based roles

• Strong background in property development finance and feasibility modelling

• Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel/Google Sheets)

• Ability to influence, challenge and partner with non-finance stakeholders

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and attention to detail
