Finance Manager - Property

• Large, ASX listed asset management group with one of the largest property portfolios.

Join the property division of a major ASX-listed organisation, supporting the financial management of one of Australia’s largest property portfolios. This role oversees end-to-end reporting, asset performance analysis and business partnering for a national property footprint spanning commercial, industrial and operational sites. A strong platform for a commercially minded finance leader seeking scale, complexity and visibility at the Group level.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead month-end reporting, quarterly forecasting and annual planning for the property portfolio.

• Deliver financial performance insights, variance analysis and reporting for senior leadership.

• Partner with internal asset managers and external property managers to ensure robust financial administration of owned assets.

• Monitor property performance nationally, generating insights to maximise returns and operational outcomes.

• Oversee inter-company allocations, asset-related financial controls and compliance processes.

• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, data integrity, processes and systems.

• Manage, coach and develop one direct report, fostering capability and high performance.

About you:

• CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years’ relevant experience in financial reporting, asset management or property finance.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and systems capability.

• Effective stakeholder manager with polished communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing or developing people (advantageous).
