Payroll System Specialist (SAP)

We are seeking a Payroll Systems Specialist with expert-level experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Centre (PCC). In this role, you will support payroll remediation projects and contribute to the design of future-state payroll and time & attendance system solutions.

This position is a two year contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors (ECP & PCC).

• Define payroll system requirements and support solution design.

• Support payroll data validation, testing, and remediation activities.

• Identify and implement process and system improvements.

• Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, leave entitlements, and enterprise agreements.

• Partner with payroll, HR, IT, and external advisors to support system changes.

• Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and reporting.

About You

• Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors (ECP & PCC) is essential.

• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll compliance and legislation.

• Experience supporting payroll system changes, testing, and remediation.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
